Can i use the maps and models for legal documents?

Though our deliverables are detailed with the same accuracy as a typical survey you would get from a surveyor, we are not licensed surveyor and our maps and models are for visual purposes only. These maps and models can be validated by your surveyor, however, under no circumstances should you use these maps and models for legal purposes regarding your project without a licensed surveyors approval.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for a scheduled shoot?

Should weather permit your scheduled shoot,  you can to decide if you would like to reshoot as soon as wether permits and resume your scheduled shoots, extend your shoot schedule or be refunded the number shoots canceled due to weather.

What happens if i face construction delays?

Should your site face delays and you decide to skip schedule shoot in any event, please notify your pilot with at least 48 hours notice to either receive a credit to your bill for half of the scheduled shoot(s) missed, or extend your schedule by the number of shoots canceled.
