What is the turn around time?
We can deliver photos in as little as 24 hours. Videos require more time—usually within a few days to ensure quality and to incorporate any requested edits. Turn around times can be affected by our schedule and availability, weather and required FAA clearances. If you need you're on a tight timeline, expedited services are available for an additional fee.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
We are based in West Los Angeles and serve clients through the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. For projects in Southern California outside of Los Angeles, an offsite fee is applied to your project. Should you have a project outside of Southern California, please contact us, we are happy to discuss your needs and find a solution.
Do you work with anyone other than real estate agents?
Yes, we serve all groups and individuals in the real estate industry. From brokers and investors, to owners and property managers and everyone in-between.
how do I book a Shoot?
Give us a call, email, or drop us a note on our contact page. One of our team members will promptly reach out to you and help schedule your shoot.
What happens if the weather is bad the day of the shoot?
Should weather prevent us from shooting on your scheduled date, we will work with you to reschedule with your deadlines in mind at no additional cost.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, we are here to make your vision a reality. Give us a call to discuss your vision and we will be happy to tailor a custom solution to your needs.
Can you add branding or agent information to photos/videos?
Yes, we are happy to include your branding to photos and videos. Please let us know what you would like to see included in your final deliverables when scheduling your shoot.
are you insured and licensed for aerial work?
Yes, all of the pilots at Witty Realty Media are FAA Part 107 licensed, insured with $1M in liability coverage, and adhere to FAA all regulations. Should your project require an FAA clearance, please allow a minimum of 3 days to obtain proper approvals.
Are there cancelation fees?
Yes, should you cancel your shoot within 72 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of the lesser of $100 or 10% if your project quote will apply.
What is a LAANC clearence?
Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) is the clearance our pilots must obtain should your project be under a ceiling that prevents flight between the enforced ceiling and 400 ft. without notifying the presiding air traffic control tower.
What if I don't like my photos or video?
All photos and video deliverables include 1 and 2 rounds of edits respectively. Prior to video shoots, we require either a consolation call and/or other videos you have seen similar to what you would like the project in question to look like in its final form. Without a consultation, video edits will be an additional fee.
Do you offer REFERRAL fees?
Yes, should you refer a client, a 10% discount will be applied to your next shoot with us.
